Someone, somewhere (maybe at a certain open access publisher) has a cheeky sense of humour and too much time on their hands! Check out the Partnership for Integrity in Scientific Dis-semination, aka the PISD Coalition. Possibly a tongue in cheek reference to the PRISM Coalition roundly denounced by the scientific community recently.
