More on open access publishing in physics
Travis Brooks, manager of the SPIRES databases at SLAC has a new preprint on arXiv entitled 'Open Access Publishing in Particle Physics: A Brief Introduction for the non-Expert'. It is a very readable (in terms of style and length) snapshot of where we are now and where we are heading in particle physics publishing.
