Launch of Pediatric Rheumatology

We are pleased to announce the launch of Pediatric Rheumatology.

Pediatric Rheumatology, a continuation of Pediatric Rheumatology Online Journal, publishes manuscripts on all aspects of clinical and basic research related to pediatric rheumatology and allied subjects.

For more information about the journal, read the Editorial. The Editors-in-Chief, Alberto Martini and Charles Spencer, are supported by a multidisciplinary Editorial Board.

Our thanks to BioMedCentral for recognizing the importance of supporting a dedicated journal in this field, which had previously depended on publications that focused primarily on adult rheumatology. Considering that the unifying thread among the rheumatic diseases is the lack of understanding about their underlying causes, this journal will help boost the exchange of ideas that is essential to embarking on some deeper understanding of rheumatic disease in children.
